Terrible service! Was on the phone for 1.5 hour trying to book an appointment for an urgent blood test and they kept putting me on hold for 4 minutes! This happened few times and then they just hanged up the phone on me!

Thy are closing at 4pm and I got the answering service telling me that the line is now closed at 3.25 pm!
