What I liked
From the moment I checked in for Day Surgery (Gall Bladder removal), I was made to feel relaxed. The staff is excellent, informative and very helpful.
What could be improved
Nothing, on this occasion.

Thank you for your positive post about our Day Surgery team at Ashford Hospital, which we will pass onto the staff. We understand that coming in for surgery can be very daunting so our staff work hard to reassure patients and help them relax.
