What I liked

i like the fact i have been using the hospital over the last 25 yrs, and in that time i have used the services of many departments including the birth of my children and under gone surgery a few times etc etc. during all that time i have never had call to fault the sevices and care recieved.

believe me i would certainly say if that was the case.i have nothing but praise for the hospital and staff at all levels. and think this is a good opertunity to say a big thank you on behalf of all m/k residents. i think most would agree.

bottom line is.whatever the stats say.. we have a fantastic hospital here in m/k.and i for 1 carnt

fault it.

What could be improved

to be honest very little yet so much. think most are very happy with the many improvements already made. of course we could all be greedy and always want more..

fact is whoever is running things seems to be doing a great job as it is.

biggest and most upsetting thing i would say for most to be blunt and honest would be the car park charging.that can be most annoying for most, just seems to go against the grain so to speak. ie having to pay to use a nhs hospital..but this we can all live with if it improves things for all.

Anything else?

my only comments would be of praise for the great work the staff and many do..yes we can all moan at times but fact is we have a great hospital and i see it improving all the time.
