What I liked

I am a regular patient to the clinic and have a check up every six months or so. I simply don't recognise most of the negative comments I've read about the hospital. My appointments have always been kept, if i need to change them there's never been an argument. The staff who I come into contact with whether its front desk, admin or medical are first class and treat me like a person instead of a statistic. The hospital itself is a bit old and tired but clean enough. Maybe I'm just fortunate or easily pleased, but I am grateful for being able to receive what I believe is a consistently high standard of affordable care.
