What I liked

I am making these comments based on the treatment my mother is presently receiving or rather not receiving at this hospital. She has now been in since October. She is going to be moved to yet another ward even though the staff are aware of her mental health and the affect it is having on both medical and mental welfare.

What could be improved

Staff placing her on the ward which would have been suitable and leaving her there.

Thank you for your comments, we are sorry that your mother has been in hospital since October and that she has been moved wards. Sometimes we do need to move patients according to clinical need and in order to faciliatate the correct treatment.
