I was recently a patient at York Hospital for a routine colonoscopy. the appointments procedure was fine as they were able to change the appointment although it was slightly irritating that i had to ring a few times as the ansaphone was always on. when i did speak to someone she muddled me up with another patient.
the care was excellent and the hospital was very clean. a friend came to pick me up and it only took a day. i had a copy of the follow up letter to the GP and am pleased to say that they have decided i do not need to have any more follow ups.
