What I liked

Arrowe Park Hospital was one of four alternative choices and was my choice due to the much shorter appointment time (2 weeks as opposed to 14 weeks,18 weeks and 20 weeks).

My appointment time was 9.25am and I was being seen by 9-40 am.The examination was efficent and medicines prescribed with a follow up appointment arranged for a future date in 2013.

I was very pleased with the Staff at all levels and although fortunately not a regular user of The NHS I could not have asked for a better experience.

What could be improved

My only comment in this section would be in reference to The Car Parking and althogh I arrived early for my appointment and parked without trouble I noticed on my departure around 10-15 am that cars were circling the car park seeking the space of the departing cars with one driver who was looking for the space I vacated telling me he had been seeking a parking space for over 30 minutes.
