What I liked

From the minute I walked into the Cardio Catheterisation Suite I was put totally at ease. The staff were so friendly, and re assured me immediately.

What could be improved

I don't think it could be improved in any way.

The staff were exceptional, so helpful and polite, and explained everything they were doing and why.
