"My positive experience in Inverclyde Royal Hospital"

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / General Surgery

(as the patient),

I underwent keyhole surgery for the removal of my gallbladder in mid December 2012 in Inverclyde RH.

I cannot fault the high quality care I received from H Centre staff and all the other health professionals involved in my operation. I liked the very helpful meetings with the surgeon (Mr Denys) and the anaesthetist beforehand, and the fact they visited me after the surgery.

Staff were friendly, caring and helpful. A first-class service, thank you.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to provide your very kind feedback.

I will ensure that this is passed on to those involved and I am sure that they will be very pleased to read your comments.

I am sorry that this posting was not acknowledged at the time, we had a break in our use of Patient Opinion, but we have now resumed doing so, and I thought it was still important to acknowledge your posting and where appropriate to pass comments on.

Once again, thank you for using the Patient Opinion feedback system, it is greatly appreciated.

I know all of the medical team and staff in service at the Inverclyde Royal Hospital will be delighted to read your very thoughtful and generous remarks.
