I first had a Siegmoidosopy (not sure if spelling is correct) & had to return for a Colonoscopy. Both times the staff, from Reception to all the Nurses & the Doctor were just so good. Everyone was so cheerful. Despite having such a large work load they made me feel as if I really mattered. Can't praise all the staff of the Endoscopy Unit at Royal Bournemouth Hospital highly enough.
They helped a very nervous patient to get though the tests with their cheerfulness & understanding.
Excellent in every way.
