What I liked

Consultant was the only light in this tunnel

What could be improved

Everything from appointments staff, nursing staff to general ambience of the place.

Anything else?

Consultant ran more than 1.5hours late - no information from anybody. No nurses assisting the consultant who called in his own patients.

Out patients shut by the time my appoint completed. Called next day left hanging on phone for 23mins first time, 34 mins second time and 48 mins third time ( I was number one in the queue for 29mins) and still no luck.

If it wasn't for the excellent consultant I would never visit this hospital.
