About: Ealing Hospital

What could be improved

Anything else?

The most inefficient hospital imaginable. Everything needed repeating at least ten times, everything took five times longer than necessary and the final task of sending notes and x-rays to my local hospital didn't happen, wasting a day of my time getting new x-rays.

Staff sometimes seemed completely clueless about what they were doing and seemed to have barely any training. They often had an almost non-existent grasp of basic English.

There were exceptions, but my overall view is that the good 10% of staff are carrying the rest.
