What could be improved

was seen by a very rude doctor, who told me i hadnt done anything to myself, tried his best to not prescribe me pain relief and sent me home with sarcastic and rude comments. made me feel very stupid, and now im being called back because he missed what the problem was and so i have now been in agony for days and my bones will be diffucult to help as this wasnt treated straight away. very very unhappy. also couldnt speak english well at all, so he couldnt understand what i was saying.
