What I liked

I'm primarily leaving feedback in order to compliment the excellent staff who saw me during my visit. I was admitted for a brief but sensitive procedure, and was most impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the nurses and the specialist attending. I felt at ease the whole time, fully in control of proceedings regarding my care and, remarkably, as if I was the only patient on the unit! Outstanding... I hope they know that they're doing a super job!

What could be improved

Everything was perfect; I cannot think of what could be improved.

Anything else?

Also worth a mention is the informative leaflets that were given to me in advance of the procedure and afterwards, both of which answered my questions and prepared me for what to expect. (The publication code for the main leaflet is 715n2).
