What I liked

The care and consideration above and beyond call of duty.

What could be improved

Nothing, maybe better tasting anesthetic :)

Anything else?

Just got back from having an Endoscopy, all I can say, every single member of staff was top notch. They went the extra mile to make sure I knew what was going on and tried to alleviate my concerns and anxieties.

The nurse that looked after me in the procedure is a credit to the department, and should be given a pay rise :)
