What I liked
For a woman that has had to go to the hospital due to a 2nd missed miscarriage i was nervous and scared at the same time, even though there was a mess upp on my repeat scan and with a doctor not taking my bloods to comfirm my hcg levels on this visit which made my surgury delayed by a day, the stafff that saw me the day after noticed my notes missing and made sure that everything was double checked making sure i wasn't suffering a ectopic pregnancy, i was sent home awaiting the resullts on my bloods. i was kept informed and ivited back the next morning for my op to go ahead. On the day the doctors kept appologising for the mistake and the delay (as long as everything was ok, i was okk with this). The surgury went ahead and everything went smoothly, i was cared for in a dignified way as i had, had a D&C done because the doctors thought it could be a molar pregnancy scary i know. but the nurses kept checking on me the whole time i was there.
i was seen on ward 12 epcu
What could be improved
What could have been improved ..... more information to be given to patients on what to expect after having this kind of surgury. i stopped bleeding then started which scared me, because i never expected to bleed, googling what happens is not a good idea has so many scare storys pop up.
Anything else?
All in all the doctors and nurses on the day i was there wed 12th dec 2012 between 7am-3.30pm
"i'm very satisfide with the level of care i..."
