"More pleasant and bearable than I had ever..."

What I liked

I had to undergo a relatively simple, yet very unpleasant operation and found the level of service and care I recieved to be without fault. The staff, although overworked and under resourced were exceptionally friendly, caring and professional and the entire experience was made as comfortable and easy as possible. My daughter was recently born in the maternity unit at West Mid and the team were without fault for that, as well.

I have no complaints whatsoever. What could have been a truly awful experience by nature was made far more bearable by a decent, hard working and caring staff and I am extremely grateful for it
