What I liked
Nursing staff were lovely and always helpful. Catering and domestic staff were always polite and respectful. Young doctors were respectful.
Hospital was cleaned regularly.
What could be improved
Doctors need to remember that patients are people and it is courteous to introduce themselves instead of just standing and staring.
Doctors need to reflect on the fact that 'eccentricity' cannot be used as an excuse to mask rudeness, insensitivity and assumptions.
"Overall, it was a positive experience."
