What could be improved

I am still waiting for results from a smear test during which I was told they found "abnormal cells" when I rang 6 weeks after the test I was told they where still processing tests done in July, and the lady on the phone told me they had no staff.

I still have received no contact.

Anything else?

The lady put me on hold and didn't answer the phone again, I was told they where too busy. As a 19 year old girl being put into tests out of my age bracket I was petrified.
