What I liked
I was given a time to come in and have a simple surgery and i waited over 5 hours an in that time someone cam along, gave me a name band and never came back, no one could tell me how long i would have to wait nor updated me on what will happen next, i would never recommend this hospital to anyone and if i had to go bk i would ask for another hospital because the communication between the nurses and myself was poor.
What could be improved
the speed of the service and more communication.
