What I liked

I was ill and everyone really cared especially the surgeon

however i am now suffering with pain in my side part of the original problem and the surgeon had ordered a urgent MRI on the 19th November 2012 prior to operating

i am awaiting a appointment and on making several phone calls at this time they cannot offer anything 3 weeks after the urgent booking

What could be improved

the food the evening sandwich was often still frozen
