About: Warwick Hospital

What could be improved

Staff reading notes before seeing patients as after 2 weeks I'm getting tired of haveing to continually correct staff on basic things like how many weeks I am and that I don't drink tea or coffee.. also getting tired of being woken up at gone 10 30 when i have a sign asking not to be woken up in the middle of the night as I'm ment to be resting.my partner and I have also witnessed the cleaner clean the bin then with the same cloth clean the bedside table where at the time my food was.

Anything else?

I think the staff need to work better with eachother and pass vital messages on like if a patent is getting depressed about not going home and missing children. And get a bath installed as I can't stand for long due to being on bed rest and I have to wait for labour ward to be empty. This has resulted in 2 baths for the 1st week I was here witch is not very clean for someone getting internals and such.

Thank you for your comment. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your experience of our Maternity Department.

I would appreciate if you could contact me using the address below so we are able to discuss the issues you have raised. I will then be able to speak to the department about your care and bring the incident to do with cleaning to the attention of G4S, our cleaning suppliers.

Kind regards
