The only uncomfortable part was the 7 hour wait for a bed before my operation could go ahead but I fully understand that this could not be anticipated. From arriving at the hospital until being discharged from the Surgicentre the following day every single member of staff was exceptional. All were pleasant, caring, and helpful, and I was impressed with how efficiently they processed both me and the paperwork. Thank you everyone.
