"Awful time made better by the QEH staff"

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

What I liked

The nurses and ward staff were fantastic when i had to be admitted onto Denver ward for day surgery last week. I was on the emergency operation list due to a missed miscarriage, I could not have asked for better care. They were thoughtful and considerate to both myself and my partner at a time which was most awful for us both. Think the nurses and ward staff are over worked and underpaid yet they still manage to show patients such great care. It was the staff at the QEH that made an horrific experience into a more manageable one. Thank you

Thank you for your complimentary comments about the nursing team on Denver - this message has been passed to the charge nurse, matron and Associate chief nurse, I know they will be very pleased to know that they helped you during a very difficult time for you
