What I liked

I was feeling a little anxious on the day of my operation but i was soon put at ease. From the moment i walked on to Sonning Ward i was treated with great kindness from the receptionist, nurses, anaesthetist, i had seen my Consultant prior and had ample opportunity to ask questions.

Each patient was treated as an individual and i now appreciate how so very hard nurses work. I was looked after very well and did not want for anything.

What could be improved

Nothing

Anything else?

The Royal Berkshire Hospital provided me with first rate care and attention, not just on the date of my operation but also appointments leading to my operation were also first class. Thank you
