"As good or even better than a lot of private care..."

What I liked

All aspects of my care ,compassion,dedication,professionalism etc etc.seen in Pain clinic ,day ward and day theatres (pain management)All staff nursing,medical,admin,went the extra mile,not just on one occasion but each and every visit to hosp.Special thanks to the Consultant and his team,after care follow up and admin secretaries for superb efficiency.Its actually a pleasure to be in hospital Your Patients are at the centre of care,old fashion style nursing,more importantly I have always been treated as an individual.,which all above has sadly disappeared from most hospitals.I prefer to travel 2hrs to your hospital ,despite the physicaI Impracticalities of doing so (my local hosp is 5mins.away)

What could be improved

There are no negative aspects in any area ,dept etc.You are all very much appreciated .
