What I liked

I went to A&E after hurting my foot and hand in a fall. I was pleased to be quickly triaged and x-rayed.

Thankfully nothing was broken. The nurses I saw were very kind and compassionate, with a good sense of humour relating to how I managed to fall over.

They gave me good advice on how to manage my injuries.

What could be improved

After my x-ray, I was directed back to the waiting room, where I waited for quite a long time. However, I could see there were other patients with more serious ailments and understood my need was not the greatest.
