What I liked

I was on the Castle Point ward, and the staff there were exceptionally friendly, caring, and helpful. They are an asset to the hospital, and work tirelessly to ensure their patients are ok. Even something as simple as a short conversation with a patient about something as basic as a TV show or movie is enough to lift the spirits of someone, and helping to cheer up their patients is something the staff on that ward do with ease.

The Consultant and his surgical team were fantastic. Again, they were very friendly and explained the procedure to me before it happened, and when I went down to theatre they were very good at alleviating any anxiety you may have about the operation.
