What I liked
I had surgery a couple of years ago and the benefit was immense. Very efficient staff and I felt valued as a patient. Unfortunately I likely need another op (not because of any problems with the first op) and I have no concerns about having it at this brilliant hospital with the first class staff. My only concern is the waiting time which is not the fault of LGI.
What could be improved
Sign posting may be a little better but staff were most helpful with directions
