What I liked

Through October and November I had four facial surgery operations.

In the care of this professional Maxillofacial team I felt valued and respected throughout all procedures and during periods of aftercare.

All staff members were friendly and very helpful. Every step of the processes was explained clearly and my satisfaction with their intentions was always sought. I felt that I was involved in the decisions and it gave me great confidence. At no time did I feel anxious or concerned about my care.

What could be improved

Nothing comes to mind.

Personally, I found the hospital to be clean and tidy, the staff were organised and well motivated.

Anything else?

I am so thankful to have this wonderful hospital within my area.
