The waiting time was unacceptably long - over an hour late for a timed apointment. The environment was dirty, cramped uncomfortable and smelly. The staff were very off hand and when we did eventually see the Doctor he was arrogant, rude and dismissive of my son's condition. I would never go to this department in this hospital again .
