Firstly, may we apologise for the time it has taken to provide a response to you particularly after you had taken the trouble to let us know about your experience. We are sorry that you felt you had waited a long time for your x-ray and that you saw members of staff talking at reception. We know how frustrating waiting can be. Sometimes there is a lot of demand on our x-ray service, particularly when all our our outpatient clinics are running which may have been the case when you attended. We are sorry that you left the hospital feeling that we could have done better. Our aim is to always provide care of the highest standard and if we fail to do that, for whatever reason, we want to learn why and act to rectify things where we can. Thank you again for letting us know and apologies for our very late response.
