About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

What I liked

Staff were helpful, approachable and showed genuine concern. I felt that the hospital was very thorough in assessing my condition and staff made sure I was feeling much better before I was allowed home. All staff were friendly and considerate - from reception staff to doctors and nurses, and staff from the hospital pharmacy. I was very impressed with how well I was treated and was left with a very good impression of the hospital overall. Thank you!

Our A&E colleagues at the QEII will be delighted to read your kind words, which we will make sure they get to read. They'll say that this is the standard of patient experience they strive to acheive for every patient who uses their services, but it will still be nice for them to see it in writing!
