About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I was telephoned by the clinic to fill a cancelled appointment.

I was pleased with the thorough checks that were made of my hearing and the friendly unrushed attitude of the audiologist. This was my first appointment at this clinic and I was given clear, easy to follow directions to find it.

TRAQS were not able to contact me by telephone and passed my details on for direct contact from the department.
