(as the patient),

I have a problem where I keep blacking out and losing consciousness so subsequently, over the past three years, I have had cause to visit A & E a lot more frequently than I would have wished for.

My most recent visit is today where I had what I thought was a back injury. I was treated extremely well, everyone was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. I was seen, had x rays and diagnosed with a rib injury, treatment was provided and I cannot thank them enough.

Whilst I may still have an injury, my pain is now manageable. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We all hear the bad stories with regard to NHS so it is time that when we receive good treatment that this voice is also heard.

Thanks Eloise. Please do so as your staff were excellent and particularly Dr Jasem/Jalem (details from my prescription).

I think it is really important that this hospital receives more credit for the impeccable job they do with the large area they cover.
