In January I am giving a talk as part of a national NHS efficiency & productivity event.
The event is aiming to re-energise the efficiency agenda, sharing good practice and innovative ideas, exploring how we can increase our efficiency whilst improving the quality of care. For my presentation I will be sharing the results of some research I am undertaking over the next month.
