"Excellent improved referral service from TRAC"

Receiving attention and service from TRAC was a far better experience I have had than from the previous organisation, SENTINEL. The call centre staff were both most helpful and polite. The service was much improved and I was given a choice of hospital O. P which was most helpful. If SENTINEL have changed their name to TRAC and are still the same organisation “a big pat on the back” because they have improved beyond recognition. However if TRAC is new then well done. You certainly have planned and well trained your service and staff.
