Back in the seventies when I was a midwife there was much more respect towards the patients and each other.
Firstly we were not on first name terms nor did we discuss personal matters while being busy with a patient. Whatever was said was only concerning the patient, and that must be a rule and obeyed.
I trust staff are not allowed to use their mobiles while on duty.
