"Staff made the best of a tired facility"

What I liked

I arrived on a Saturday evening and was seen by a nurse within an hour and then waited another 20 minutes to see a doctor. Whilst this may sound like a long time to some, it was quicker than I had expected. Both were friendly and the doctor gave me helpful aftercare advice.

What could be improved

The waiting area is so tired it's difficult to tell if it's dirty or just needs a bit of care. The floor definitely needed a good sweep. For the comfort of those having to wait during busy periods to get seen it would be great to have a vending facility to purchase a drink and something to read as well.
