What I liked

I could not have wished for better care from all the staff for my short stay in hospital.

What could be improved

Would have liked some of the ward trolleys to run a bit quieter

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us. It is always pleasing for our staff to hear that patients have been happy with the care and treatment they have received as staff always strive to ensure they provide good quality care.

If you could advise me of the ward you were on then I can ask for the wheels on the trolleys to be checked to see if there is something we can do to diminish the noise coming from them.
