What I liked

Politeness of staff and did fully undertake investigation the hospital asked if I would like to see these improvements but felt there was little merit in this and it should be the basic standards and the public to see improvement.

What could be improved

As a carer and representative of an elderly man this hospital failed to provided sufficient physiotherapy prior to discharge.

Also discharged home in undressed state, unshaven and dirty.

Failings in fluid and general charts and documentation

Loss of documentation

Anything else?
