What I liked

Excellent care from entry to leaving . Clinical care was fantastic and issues were dealt with quickly . However, don't expect ' fine dining ' if you have to stay in overnight .

What could be improved

Clinical care was exceptional so this does not require improvement .

Unfortunately i was moved on 2 occasions from different wards in 12 hours so this was stressful . I had to ask for extra blankets and pillows at 2.00am due to waking up cold . this could have been dealt with much earlier if staff havd been more observant during rounds . Staff nurse was apologetic . however, long live the NHS its still a briliant service we have and should be thankful for it .
