"I found the experience traumatic and was appalled."

About: Stafford Hospital

What I liked

The person at reception took my details as quickly as possible which was nice as I was in a lot of pain trying to stand there.

The person who decides which part of A&E people go to was very thorough in asking about my problem and also asked about past history and trauma etc....

What could be improved

In the ward i was sent to the trolley I was told to get on was not lowered. I think they should be adjustable so that it is easier to get on because I was in a lot of pain and found it hard to move.

Bedside manner was non existent , I was talked down to and was made to feel like I was wasting their time.

I was diagnosed without the area in question being examined , they did not even look at it!
