"The staff on B4 were very friendly and helpful..."

What I liked

I had my gall bladder out on 23/10/12 and was on B4. The staff could not have been more helpful. I had to stay in overnight and was in a ward on my own, and unable to sleep after sleeping all day because of the GA and the staff were amazing checking on me did I need water or a coffee I could not have asked for a better service from the day or night time staff.

What could be improved

nothing at all the staff made my time in hospital as easy as they could do.
