About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

What I liked

I have nothing but praise for the staff of the Channel Day Centre where I recently underwent minor surgery. Time delays were kept to a minimum and I was always kept informed about my progress through the system. The staff that attended me were helpful and courteous and made my short stay less of an ordeal than it might have been.

Please forward a copy of my comments and my grateful thanks to the above centre.

What could be improved

My only negative comment would be on the amount of time it took to obtain my discharge letter. This is not a reflection on any of the staff but on the serious manpower cuts that our hospitals have to cope with.
