My Partner was taken to hospital by ambulance early hours of Friday Morning with pains in her abdomin which had started the previous tuesday night with vomiting.

i was unable to follow until the morning as we have children, when i arrived i found her in agonising pain and discomfort and she had requested pain relief on a number of occassions. it took me 5 requests and just over an hour after i arrived they finally gave her pain relief.

They took blood and she had a xray and they were unable to find a physical reason for this pain and assumed it was some sort of bug! and she would have to see it out, the pains and vomiting conitnued over the weekedna dn this was now 6 days. She attended her GP this morning and they diagnosed that she has actually got an Ulcer.

This completely baffles me how the doctors were incapable of finding this out while in the care at A&E at Milton Keynes and would could have happened does not bare thinking about.

What also did not make things any easier was the fact my partner was not advised what was happening and had 4 different doctors in the space of hours; the doctor that was there when i arrived was very dismissive and abrupt.

I will be taking this further.
