What I liked

I cannot praise highly enough the treatment and care I received in Keats ward.

From my perspective the staff at all levels worked really well together and provided a service that reflected compassion,competence,politeness and friendliness to the patients.The warmth and caring shown by the staff lasted throughout shifts which at times exceeded 12 hours ! As an ex director of a well known Company i would have been delighted if my staff had worked with the dedication i saw in my two night visit.This ward is an absolute Centre of Excellence and senior management have a prototype for spreading throughout the hospital.
