After visiting the New Victoria Hospital in Birmingham on Monday. I parked my car in the multi-storey car park.
The car park could do with more sign posts so people can find their car after their hospital visit as each floor looks identical- and I struggled to find my car.
It would be helpful if there were signs in the lift as well.
