When my husband and I first went along to active life style at the end of July this year, we were convinced it would not work. We had both tried so many diffrent ways to lose weight and each time we failed. It was our last hope! We had decided that we would be happy just staying at the weight we were.
Lisa our advisor has been so helpful, patient and supportive. We now have a much healthier diet, and are much more active. I have descovered a joy for swimming and look forward to visiting our local swimming pool as much as I can. My husband not only swims but enjoys visiting the gym as well.
As we are both disabled we never thought we would be able to do daily activities but we are and enjoying it. Joining Active Lifestyle was the best thing we could of done. We have never been hungry, we do not feel we are on a diet just eating a lot more health and the best thing of all is that between us we have now lost over four stone.
We would encourage anyone who wants to lose weight and get more active to try Active Lifestyle the only thing you have got to lose is weight!
