What I liked
I brought my son into the Beacon Centre on Sat. 13th Oct as he had a very high temp, sore throat and vomiting. The lady on the desk was very helpful and he was seen by a GP in under half an hour. It was decided that my son needed IV antibiotics and temp. control as he had severe tonsilitis and we were sent up to the childrens' ward. A nurse saw us coming out of the lift as my son was being sick so she kindly went off to fetch him a wheelchair. He was treated like a prince on the childrens' ward and was quite upset about having to leave the next afternoon!
Every member of staff we encountered, from the A & E receptionist to the consultant on the ward was courteous, professional and above all kind. Thanks from us to all of you.
What could be improved
